The Hawks Rust Console Edition community servers (Solo, Duo and Trio) are run by Gazza. For anything to do with the store or your order, contact us on our Discord at discord.gg/hawkssolo. These are unofficial community servers, not affiliated with or endorsed by Double Eleven, Facepunch Studios, Sony or Microsoft.
A one-time in-game pack on the server you choose, delivered to the in-game name you enter. Each purchase gives you one pack, once. It is not a subscription and is not redeemable every wipe. Items are lost on server wipes, when you die, or if the server closes. They have no real-world value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money. We won't build bases for you or replace lost loot.
Packs are normally delivered automatically within a few minutes. To keep fresh wipes fair, packs can't be bought for the first 3 hours after a wipe. If yours hasn't arrived within 24 hours, message an admin on Discord and we'll deliver it manually or refund you.
By ticking the box at checkout you ask us to deliver straight away, and you agree that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the pack is delivered. If we fail to deliver, you're entitled to a refund.
Check your in-game name and server carefully. If you entered the wrong one, message an admin on Discord quickly and we'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee a replacement.
Buying a pack doesn't exempt you from server rules. If you're banned for breaking rules, you won't get a refund. Opening a chargeback instead of messaging us on Discord may result in a ban from our servers.
Rust is rated 18. Do not buy from this store without the permission of the person whose payment method is being used.
